IDI set up and established the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) - a new, independent and world standard organisation, involving the regulation of all health related activities in Bahrain, both public and private. It covers regulating/standards/licensing/monitoring/auditing/quality assurance and enforcement of health professionals, drugs/pharmacies, clinical research, health institutions, diagnostics facilities and medical devices/technology.
