In addition to delivering scheduled open enrolment programs throughout the year, the IDI Institute also partners with government agencies to deliver in-house training programs. These include;
- IDI Institute Flagship Programs: If you have more than five managers or employees interested in attending any of IDI’s open enrolment programs, we can bring the program to you!
- Focused Capacity Building Programs: These programs are designed in partnership with your HR Department or relevant Divisional Managers to support the development and upskilling of your team in specific areas of best practice necessary to drive operational performance and results. They can be delivered as an intensive 1-week onsite program or delivered virtually, one day per week over 5 weeks. The focus of the training is agreed following a scoping/training needs assessment workshop and a tailored training program schedule is signed off in advance.
- Employee Induction Programs: If your organization is involved in Investment Promotion, Export Promotion, Special Economic Zones, Tourism Development or SME Development we can design and deliver an organization induction program that will provide new employees, managers or board members a thorough understanding of best practice policies and approaches in your area of economic development focus.
- Executive Development Programs: We can work with your organization to design and deliver a comprehensive Executive Development Program to build management and leadership capabilities. These programs include a mix of structured training days, one-to-one coaching aligned to individual learning and development goals, and an individual or group assignment focused on delivering a real organization project. Executive Development Programs focus on an agreed cohort of managers or high performing staff members and requires a part-time commitment over the 4-month duration of the program.
