IDI reviewed the existing Investment Certification Programme (ICPR) and enhanced it before certifying the remaining counties based at three standards: marketing, information for investment and property for investment. IDI designed a more advanced ICPR to recertify the 12 counties that were already certified. IDI also developed and implemented a number of investor outreach campaigns to attract potential investors to certain regions. The campaigns promoted certain Croatian sectors to target markets and companies. This exercise was preceded by a benchmarking exercise to determine the competitiveness of the marketing regions that were selected. Lastly, IDI designed a Promotional Strategy for the ICPR standard and provided it to Croatian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (APIU) for implementation
