IDI was commissioned to support the establishment of the Investment Promotion Agency for domestic and foreign direct investment and export promotion. Working with the Department of Economic Development and other stakeholders, IDI undertook research into global best practices, workshop stakeholders and surveys to establish a good base for completion of FDI policies and strategies.
