IDI was engaged to provide operational and management assistance to the newly established Gambian Investment Promotion and Free Zone Agency (GIPFZA).
Capacity building to address GIPFZA’s organizational and operational weaknesses. Since establishment, the Agency has attracted project investment of over $180m and created over 3,700 direct jobs.
